 Have you ever considered this before? Start paying attention to your focus. You have all heard the saying "energy flows where attention goes". IT DOES! We live in a time that our ancestors would have dreamed about. Look around you to find abundance in your world, yes, could be trees, flowers, oxygen, sunshine, rain, family, friends........you get what I am saying. If you focus on the positive, more positive shows up. 

Here is an easy, uplifting meditation that will bring you to that space, without a doubt, repeat it daily and watch the magic happen.
